PARTICIPANT APPLICATION

TEFAF New York LLC ("TEFAF New York") conducts art fairs twice every year at the Park Avenue Armory (the "Armory") located at 643 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10065. This application form (the "Application") is for the TEFAF New York Fall 2019 Fair (the "Fair"). Please complete and submit this Application online to TEFAF New York before the Application deadline of March 15, 2019. Late, incomplete, or insufficiently documented Applications may not be taken into consideration for admission to the Fair. There is a non-refundable application fee of USD $350.

    G. VETTING CATEGORY

Please indicate all categories of art objects you plan to include in the Fair. This will ensure that we have an adequate amount of vetters with the correct expertise to evaluate all art at the Fair. Note that if you participate in the Drill Hall, up to 15% of the stand can include post-1920 art objects. In the Historic Rooms, single Exhibitors can showcase up to 30% of the stand outside of the pre-1920 Fair focus. New mixed Historic Rooms, in which Modern and Contemporary dealers are invited to showcase alongside Exhibitors specializing in pre-1920 art objects, are encouraged to attempt as close to a 50/50 split of pre- and post-1920s works as possible.
The gallery is applying for consideration under the following category/categories of art (check all that apply):

    I. STAND SIZE

    Historic Rooms:

Exhibitors presenting works within the Fair's primary focus (Fine and Decorative Art from antiquity to 1920) and Modern and Contemporary Exhibitors are encouraged to share a Historic Room. Exhibitors in Historic Rooms are required to abide by the Park Avenue Armory's room regulations, as outlined in Exhibit D: Historic Room Use & Maintenance Regulations.
