TEFAF New York LLC ("TEFAF New York") conducts art fairs twice every year at the Park Avenue Armory (the "Armory") located at 643 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10065. This application form (the "Application") is for the TEFAF New York Fall 2019 Fair (the "Fair"). Pending finalization of the schedule, the VIP opening will take place on either Thursday, October 31 or Friday, November 1, 2019. Accordingly, the Fair will run either from November 1-5, 2019 or November 2-6, 2019.
The Fair will focus mainly on Fine and Decorative Art from antiquity to 1920, with the exciting opportunity for Modern and Contemporary dealers to co-curate a Historic Room presentation alongside an Exhibitor specializing in pre-1920 art objects. The selection committee of TEFAF New York (the "Selection Committee") will curate a list of Exhibitors to showcase the most vibrant and high quality fair of its kind in North America.
Please complete and submit this Application online to TEFAF New York before the Application deadline of March 15, 2019. Late, incomplete, or insufficiently documented Applications may not be taken into consideration for admission to the Fair. There is a non-refundable application fee of USD $350.
Once an applicant (the "Applicant") is admitted into the Fair, the Applicant will be sent participation documents which include a Participation Contract. An Applicant will be required to sign and return the Participation Contract to TEFAF New York, as well as the initial deposit, before a specified due date for the Participation Contract to be valid.

This Application is for TEFAF New York Fall 2019 only. The application process for TEFAF New York Spring 2019 is now closed. All Applicants, whether accepted into TEFAF New York Fall 2019 or not, wishing to participate in TEFAF Maastricht 2020 or TEFAF New York Spring 2020 will need to apply separately.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON SALES TAX REGISTRATION: If accepted into TEFAF New York Fall 2019, the Applicant will be required to register with the New York State Tax Department and obtain a Certificate of Authority. Before commencement of the Fair, the Applicant must show proof of registration by either submitting a copy of a Certificate of Authority to TEFAF Management, or by providing the Sales Tax Vendor identification number.
